Gratitude means being thankful for the good things that happen to you and thanking others often.
Mindfulness means paying full attention to something. It means slowing down to really notice what you’re doing and taking your time.
This week why don’t you have a go at paying attention to all the things that you’re grateful for? (i.e. being mindfully thankful?) This will be sure to boost your wellbeing.
