This week our Character Strength focus has been “Enthusiasm” which means:
“I do everything with excitement and energy”.
This character strength is also known as ZEST (zest, vitality, vigor, energy]: Approaching life with excitement and energy; not doing things halfway or halfheartedly; living life as an adventure; feeling alive and activated.
We enjoyed watching this Youtube film that explains zest through the eyes of children
These films give examples of people showing zest……
Why walk when you can dance?
Singing at the gas station (as shown to us by Martin from The Resilience Project)
Snap your joy
Ella brought in “Iggy Peck, Architect”
We made representations of Enthusiasm. Make sure you look at the Wishing Well that Angus made!
